“I have known Carrie and Noah for about 8 years and when the opportunity came to learn YTT through Carrie and YOGAMAZÉ, I had no question in signing up. Even though I was already committed to full-time work, technical Master’s school program and a dance academy, I knew this is what I wanted to do. I have no regrets, even though it can be hard balancing it all, since this is something I truly wanted to do and went in with full commitment. Surprisingly, the program has been like a mini “yoga retreat” for me each weekend and so has actually has helped me focus better on my other tasks by taking time for myself to do something I’m passionate about. The skills from the training have translated into all other aspects in my life: relationships at home/work, clarity in my leadership/speech, self-awareness in my own practice, and much more. I’m so grateful to have Carrie and this program available to us and sad to see the training almost coming to an end!” –Priti Shah

“ I would highly recommend the YOGAMAZÉ 200 hour teacher training because it’s not just about learning to teach yoga poses. It’s learning about yourself. It’s about individual growth. That’s why I chose to study with YOGAMAZÉ. Through this training I’ve become much more observant and gained awareness and understanding of what the poses do for our bodies. I joined the program to deepen my knowledge, but it has also been about evolvement in my own being. It’s been scary, exciting, very emotional and wonderful for me.”—Laura Wang, San Marino CA
